Singers, basketball players, producers, CEOs, and entrepreneurs they do not care about the people judging them. They just focus on what they want to do, and they do not hear other people opinion. Which in today’s era is so difficult to do. The reason behind is the internet. The internet has made the accessibility to express your opinion to the world much easier than ever. No one can stop you from typing what you think. All these successful people can read all your comments, but they simply do not care. Which that mentality is hard to develop. The next five tips to deal with social anxiety.

1. Every day do something new

By having a new experience every day, it makes you more confident. It does not matter what do you do. Simply try an activity you have not tried before. By doing that, mentally you will think of yourself as someone interesting. Also, by doing something new you have more stories to tell during gatherings and you do not know anyone. By having a new story every day, you will have more to talk about. The more you will discover about your-self, and the happier you will be. Plus, the knowledge and connections, you will make during the new experiences.

2. Go out with your friends

How do friends make you deal with social anxiety? Friends are always there for you. Friends do not care how you act in front of them, they will always care about you. If they do not treat you equally is because they are not your real friends. Having friends make you more brave in areas where there are a crowd of people. If you do not feel comfortable alone, call a friend and you will see how much confidence you will gain. Do not always wait for them, maybe at the beginning ask for the help of your friends, but then try to do it by yourself. For the first step, friends’ company will make you brave. That is why having friends is important.

3. Hello to strangers

When you are walking through town waive to every stranger you pass by. Not all of them will say hi back, but most of them will. By doing that, you will notice how many friendly people are out there. People do not care about what you do if you are respectable towards the community and not harming anyone. By saying “hi” to strangers, you will gain confidence while they are greeting you back. This is an excellent exercise you should try. Say hello to at least one stranger. Not even hello just wave you hands toward them and see how they react. After that, try speaking to them slowly. IN few days, your confidence will be over the roof. By starting to talk to stranger, your communication skill are increasing. It will be easier to make conversation and get to know a person. Your social network will increase and you will become the center of attention even if you did not wanted too.

4. Step out of your comfort zone

Everyday you should challenge yourself to grow and step out slowly out of your comfort zone. There is no specific activity to do for this. Just think about areas you are too shy and think about how you can overcome them slowly. By doing it step by step will gain confidence and feel better about yourself. By stepping out of your comfort zone, you will increase the chance of becoming more successful. Because you are taking risk every day and are becoming to feel comfortable doing the uncomfortable.

5. Stop caring about others

If successful people cared about what others think, they would not be as successful they are. Apple one of the most innovative company ever existed. When they launch the first Iphone, the rest of the company said that it would not work. Now look around you, every company is trying to copy Apple phone. The best advice someone can give you is, write down your goals, keep your head down and chase your goals. Do not look to the sides or listen people’s opinion. If you believe in yourself everything is possible. You have to belief in the hard times, and that the part where most people fail. When times are tough, keep believing in yourself.

Now go and chase your dreams. Life is short to be thinking about others. Live your life, be happy, and free. Be nice to everyone and stand for what you belief. You can make a change in the world if you really want to. Just you have to wanted enough and go for it.
